A: Yes. You have access through the website to sign in and get a copy of the lease or statements. No you do not have to sign the lease.

A: Yes.

Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: The checks are mailed at the end of the month along with the monthly statement.

Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: It is handled a few ways. It can be mailed in or picked up and is due on the first of every month.

Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: One year in most cases. In some cases 2-3 years depending on the situation and whether or not it is commercial.

Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: The security deposit changes from property to property.

A: All types including multifamily, single family, trailer parks, and commercial properties.

Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
A: Once a month I mail out a summary but you can log in to your account and print a plethra of reports anytime you like.

Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?
A: Again this is a situational question in which you would have to call and ask but most of the time the owner or Landlord holds the deposit.
